Be Mentally and Emotionally Fit 

At Club Med Academies you will get fit.  As part of our regular weekly schedule students participate peak performance sessions.  With a planned mix of training exercises, our students train according to a periodization plan that is mapped out each semester to maximize performance.  Exercises that help to establish emotional control in the heat of battle using breathing and meditation techniques.  Students are also taught how to develop specific goals that keep them focused and motivated during the training year.

The Club Med Academies mental performance program is designed to turn you into a high-performing athlete through elite training that will better your skill set and increase your emotional strength and endurance.  As you immerse yourself in the development process, you will quickly discover the strengths and weaknesses of your sport performance and we will help you improve these areas efficiently and effectively.  Our experienced and passionate team is dedicated to giving you the edge you need to be more in control of you during competition!

Supplement Your Fitness Program with a Little Extra

Sometimes a little extra goes a long way.  So if you want a little more personal attention you can add some individual sessions to your regular training program.  It is always recommended that you set up a consultation with one of our training specialists, your coach and your parents to make sure that your entire support team is working together to help get you what you need.  Please be advised that there are extra costs associated with thees personal training options.
