You’ve Got to be Fit if You’re Going to be the Best
At Club Med Academies you will get fit. As part of our regular daily schedule students participate in 1 to 2 sessions of fitness every single day during the training week. With a planned mix of training exercises, our students train according to a periodization plan that is mapped out each semester to maximize performance. Exercises that help to establish an aerobic base and maintain it throughout the training year, to strengthening core musculature, develop anaerobic capcity, gain muscle strength, improve flexibilty, get faster, and prevent injuries.
The Club Med Academies performance program is designed to turn you into a high-performing athlete through elite training that will better your skill set and increase your strength, speed and endurance. As you immerse yourself into our training programs, you will quickly discover the strengths and weaknesses of your sport performance and how to improve these areas efficiently and effectively. Supplement Your Fitness Program with a Little Extra
Sometimes a little extra goes a long way. So if you want a little more personal attention you can add some individual sessions to your regular training program. It is always recommended that you set up a consultation with one of our training specialists, your coach and your parents to make sure that your entire support team is working together to help get you what you need. Please be advised that there are extra costs associated with thees personal training options.
