Adult Active Schedule – Sample

A Typical Day of Training….

Our Adult Active program is available for a full or half day.  The schedule runs as follows:

7:30 – 9:00am Breakfast is served at Market Place
9:30 – 9:40am Meet at designated sport location
9:40 – 11:30am Morning Session
12:00 – 1:30pm Lunch
1:30 – 1:40pm Warm up and stretching
1:40 – 3:30pm Afternoon Session
4:00 – 5:00pm Daily Tournament/Open Gym/Open Play
5:00 – 5:45pm Yoga (Optional)
6:00pm Dinner
